After 5 years of litigation, we are pleased to
report a final settlement has been reached
between 225 women, the Ajax-Pickering Hospital and Wai-Ping.
This
settlement was reached after more than 3 months of
negotiations which culminated in a 3 day mediation
facilitated by the Honourable George Adams Q.C. held on July 5, 6
and 7, 2006. The Canadian Medical Protective Association,
the organization which is assisting Errol Wai-Ping formally
ratified the settlement on July 19, 2006.
Clients

particular claim.
